Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the terms below.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. 
• All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. 
• A 6% processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover restocking and handling costs.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• You may use your preferred shipping method to return the item. We do not provide return labels at this time.
   

1. Contact our customer service team at danselectricalsupplyhelp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. 
2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. 
3. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method.
    

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
